NBA Western Conference Finals Game 4

PG County native Kevin Durant scored 18 of his game-high 36 points in the fourth quarter and Thunder forward Serge Ibaka scored a career-high 26 points on 11-for-11 shooting as Oklahoma City held on for a thrilling 109-103 win over San Antonio to even its Western Conference Finals series with the Spurs 2-2.
